Jared Raynor

Jared Raynor is the Director of Evaluation at TCC Group, where they focus on evaluation, organizational development, and international programs. Since 2004, Jared has managed numerous evaluation projects and presented nationally and internationally on various topics related to evaluation and organizational capacity. They previously served as an Information Officer at the United Nations and a Special Projects Officer at the IRC, where they worked on community development projects in Azerbaijan. Jared holds a Master's degree in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Spanish from the University of Utah.
