Right Of Way Coordinator at TCEC - Tri-County Electric Cooperative

Amanda Christie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in right of way coordination, surveying, and education. Currently serving as a Professor at Panhandle Bible College since January 2023, Amanda also holds the position of Right of Way Coordinator at TCEC Oklahoma since August 2015, where responsibilities include negotiating land agreements and managing property rights. Prior roles include Research Specialist at Furman Land Surveyors (2010-2015), focusing on project file development, and Survey Crew Member/CADD Technician at SEDCO P.L.L.C. (1999-2010), performing fieldwork and processing survey data. Additionally, Amanda served as an E-4 Specialist in the Oklahoma Army National Guard (1993-2001). Educationally, Amanda is pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Ministries from Liberty University, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministries from Mid-America Christian University.

Headquartered in Hooker, Okla., TCEC is a not-for-profit distribution cooperative owned and controlled by its members. The utility serves approximately 12,500 members and about 23,000 meters in the Oklahoma Panhandle, southwestern Kansas, the northern border of the Texas Panhandle and parts of Colorado and New Mexico.
