Alisa Williams

Alisa Williams currently serves as the Vice President of Tax at TC Energy, where responsibilities include overseeing tax administration and planning functions, leading global tax groups, providing regulatory and accounting support, and coaching the tax department. Prior to this role, Alisa held various positions within TC Energy, including Director of US Income and Mexico Tax and Manager of US Income Tax Accounting & Reporting. Alisa also has experience as a Federal Tax Manager at CITGO and as a Tax Manager at Enbridge and Spectra Energy, where duties involved managing compliance, tax accounting, and team leadership. Alisa's career began at Deloitte, where expertise in business tax services was developed. Alisa earned an MS/BBA in Accounting with a focus on Taxation from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
