Anita Dusevic Oliva

Anita Dusevic Oliva currently serves as Executive Vice-President and General Counsel at TC Energy, overseeing the management of the company's legal, internal audit, compliance, and regulatory strategy functions since April 2025. Prior to this role, Anita worked as an Operating Partner in Infrastructure at Brookfield Asset Management from September 2022 to March 2025, focusing on improving the operational effectiveness of Brookfield Infrastructure’s global portfolio. Anita’s extensive career includes various leadership positions at Inter Pipeline, where responsibilities ranged from Chief Operating Officer to Vice President of Legal. Anita began a legal career at Anadarko Canada Corporation as Legal Counsel and further developed expertise at Heenan Blaikie LLP as an Associate and Articling Student. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and German, both from the University of Calgary.
