Karen Schut

Karen Schut is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Inclusion, Talent & Training at TC Energy since April 2020, Karen previously held multiple roles at BP, including Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager for BP Exploration (Alaska), Inc. Karen's experience also includes serving as Manager of Talent Management at Cenovus Energy and various HR roles at BP. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Human Resource Management degree from Humber College.
