Stephen White

Stephen White, PE (WV) currently serves as the Manager of Pipeline East Project Engineering and Manager of GIS Research & Analytics at TC Energy since April 2017, focusing on project engineering for the Cathodic Protection Program. Previously, Stephen worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Jacobs Engineering from December 2013 to April 2017, contributing to a $120 million chemical plant project by writing specifications for various equipment. Stephen's early career involved coordinating minor projects at DuPont Belle Works as a Minor Project Coordinator for Aker Advantage/Jacobs Engineering and gaining experience in volunteer organization and grant writing through AmeriCorps positions with varied nonprofit organizations. Additionally, Stephen managed a team as District Manager for Charleston Newspapers, overseeing independent contractors and daily customer deliveries. Stephen earned a B.S.M.E. in Mechanical Engineering, along with coursework in Mathematics and Economics, from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
