Tanya Rolston, P.Eng, is a seasoned professional at TC Energy, where a career spanning over two decades has included roles such as Senior Manager of Construction Services Canada and Senior Manager of Reliability and Meter Station Projects. Tanya has demonstrated strong leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams, enhancing project performance, and ensuring safety and compliance within pipeline integrity and construction services. Previous positions include Manager of Engineering Support, Manager of Pipeline Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance Specialist, among others. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Manitoba, coupled with a background in Political Science, Tanya has consistently focused on team development and process improvement throughout various engineering and project management roles.
