Troy Tally

Troy Tally is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the energy sector. Currently serving as Vice President at TC Energy since July 2016, Troy also holds the position of Director of US Major Projects. Prior to this role, Troy worked at Columbia Pipeline Group as Managing Director of Project Delivery, overseeing Regulated Growth and Optimization Projects from August 2012 to July 2016. Troy’s earlier career includes serving as Engineering Manager and Project Engineer at Willbros Engineers, Inc. from June 2008 to August 2012, as well as a Network Engineer at Sprint from January 2001 to May 2008. Troy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completing the degree between 2002 and 2008.
