Jim Coufal

Jim Coufal is a seasoned management consulting professional with over two decades of experience at TCG Consulting, where Jim has held roles as Senior Advisor and Engagement Manager since June 2000, focusing on team development, performance motivation, and executive communications. As Senior Director of the Global Payment, Expense, and Invoice Management Practice, Jim leads initiatives in payment systems and expense management, establishing expertise in program benchmarking, strategy, sourcing, and optimization.
