Chris Keane

Chris Keane is the current Chief Product Officer at TCGplayer.com. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Business Strategy at Five from May 2020 to November 2020. Before that, Chris was the Director, North America B2B at Alibaba Group from January 2017 to December 2019, where they led North America product, operations, user research, and UX for the world's largest B2B trading platform. Prior to that, Chris was the General Manager, International B2B at OpenSky from January 2009 to December 2018. There, they were part of a small "SWAT" team of thought leaders who collaborated with Alibaba to apply deep user research, design thinking, and innovation to re-imagine and grow their international B2B products and services. Chris has been recognized as one of Crain's "Best Places to Work" in 2016 and their work with OpenSky led to it being acquired by Alibaba Group in 2018.

Chris Keane attended Yale University, where they studied Studio Art and Political Science. Chris then went on to complete US Army ROTC Basic Training. Afterward, they took a course on information design and communication from Edward Tufte's seminar. Lastly, they participated in a Skillshare program called "Building the Machine That Builds the Business."
