Susan Wang

Susan Wang, PhD, is currently an Associate at TCGX, with a rich background in both academic research and consulting within the biotechnology sector. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and PhD Candidate at the University of California, San Diego - School of Medicine, Susan conducted advanced studies on transcription regulation and nuclear architecture in breast cancer, while also publishing innovative imaging techniques utilizing CRISPR. Additionally, Susan has held various consulting roles focused on biotech investment and business development strategies, working with prominent companies such as Avego and Enceladus Bio. Earlier experiences include internships at RTW Investments, Genentech, and research work at the University of California, San Francisco. Susan holds a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and dual BA degrees in Molecular and Cell Biology and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
