Rocky Tomka has extensive experience in the construction and development industry, currently serving as the CEO of TCI Striping since 2005. Prior roles include Construction Manager at Lennar Homes from 2004 to 2005, Construction Superintendent at CenterStone Communities from 2001 to 2004, and Assistant Superintendent at Pacific Bay Homes from 1999 to 2001. Rocky's career began as a Quality Control professional at Construction Services from 1997 to 1999 and as a Painter at Irwin Painting from 1994 to 1997. Rocky Tomka holds an educational background from Fullerton College.

Tomka Construction Inc., was founded by Rocky Tomka in 2004, as a family-owned painting contractor.
