Michael Michelle possesses extensive experience in quality management and training across various sectors. Currently serving as the Full Quality Customer Satisfaction lead at TCL Technical Chemical Laboratories since July 2017, Michael also holds managerial positions in quality and training at Elmatbakh and Trivinn since July 2015. Previous roles include Training and Development Manager at Smiley's Grill from November 2013 to July 2015 and Restaurant Manager at Burger King from January 2012 to December 2013. Michael earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Helwan University, with studies completed in the 2008-2009 academic year.
