Shaun Duncan

Shaun Duncan is the current CEO at TCM Group. Shaun has over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, including 10 years as a CEO. Prior to their current position, Shaun was the Managing Director at Pienaar Sithole & Associates from October 2009 to February 2019. Shaun was also the Group Managing Director at Norman Bissett & Associates from March 1997 to November 2007. Shaun has a proven track record in leading and growing successful businesses. Shaun is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator, with a passion for developing people and teams.

Shaun Duncan has a business management degree from Maritzburg College, an associate diploma from the Institute of Bankers in South Africa, and a degree in organization and work study from Technikon Witwatersrand. Shaun also has a sales technique certificate from the Graduate School of Marketing and a Senior Management Development Program certificate from Potchefstroom University.
