Dan Sneeringer

As the Operations Manager for TCM, Dan is responsible for ensuring that the overall business operations plan is achieved through strong project team execution and by adhering to our core values. Dan’s servant leadership style drives the team by confirming that their needs and goals are met to push the overall competency of the team and the company.Dan entered the trades in 1989 and quickly rose through the ranks. As opportunities were presented, he went to school in the evenings to earn a degree so that he was prepared for any advancement that was presented. With his strong knowledge of the industry, desire for continuous process improvement, strong financial, business, and computer acumen, and his overall passion to mentor and coach others, Dan is poised to continue to push the operations team to higher and higher levels.

Dan enjoys fishing, playing music with his wife, spending time with his family, weight training, and woodworking.
