Construction Manager at TCM

As Construction Manager of TCM, Mr. McShannon oversees all field operations, constructability, fabrication, procurement, quality control/quality assurance, and logistics. Ryan’s focus is on the continuous improvement of our operations team and systems while providing accountability of project delivery and being responsible for the execution of project installations.

For over the past 20 years Mr. McShannon has served as a Leader with a passion for problem solving, pre-planning and building high performing Teams. He has extensive knowledge with installation methodologies in multiple markets including mission critical, commercial, multi-story high-rise, healthcare, and industrial. Ryan has developed strong working relationships with Owners, General Contractors as well as trade contractors. Ryan leads TCM’s community of practice “Lean” Team and is instrumental in the continual coaching and training of our thought leaders within the company.

Mr. McShannon graduated from the apprenticeship program at Plumbers/Pipefitters UA Local 290 and has additionally served as an officer of the local and an apprenticeship instructor.
