Ian Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ian started their career as a Real Estate Agent at ReMax of Buckhead in 2000 and transitioned to working as a Property Manager for a private investor from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, they worked as an Insurance Premium Auditor at St. Paul/Travelers Insurance. Ian then pursued a career in writing, working as a Freelance Writer from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they wrote ads for various clients and also contributed to publications such as Kaffeine Buzz, The Denver Post Online, and This Week In Denver. In 2005, Ian ventured into entrepreneurship and opened their own store called Rare Bird Vintage, specializing in vintage and locally designed clothing. Ian successfully managed the store's operations, winning several "best of" awards. In 2011, Ian joined Eric Coakley Esq. as a Legal Intern/Clerk, where they focused on real estate law and employment law. Finally, Ian worked at TCO Land Services and Compliance from 2013 onwards. Ian later became a Project Manager/Attorney, managing projects focused on land rights within the energy sector. Ian's responsibilities included reviewing and creating contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal instruments.
Ian Nelson's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at Georgia State University. Ian pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Real Estate and completed their studies in 2001.
