Hervy “Ox” Oxendine, MSITM, is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Information Systems Security Manager at TCOM, L.P. since November 2021, Hervy leads teams in developing technical and security controls for new business projects and provides technical support to over 450 users. As the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Akichita Cyber Solutions, LLC, Hervy specializes in building Cyber Protection Teams and delivering advanced security solutions. Previous positions include Principal Computer Scientist at Dobbs Defense Solutions, Team Lead at the U.S. Navy, and Cyber Threat Hunt Lead at the National Security Agency, showcasing expertise in defensive cyber operations, incident response, cybersecurity engineering, and network security management. Hervy holds degrees in Information Technology Management and Internetworking Technology and is pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Technology at Regent University.
