Alyssa Holm

Alyssa Holm, BS, PTA, CSCS received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and later received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from St. Catherine University. Through her own personal experiences in physical therapy as a young athlete, she developed an interest in helping others, like herself, return to sport following an injury. In collaboration with her partnering physical therapist, she utilizes evidence based practice and therapeutic exercise to help patients reduce pain and improve function to enhance their quality of life. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys staying active (mainly with CrossFit and running), traveling and spending time with her family.
