Lilliana Lind

Therapist at Twin Cities Orthopedics

Lilliana Lind, DPT, OCS, is originally from Miami, FL where she attended the University of Miami and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science. She then moved to Chicago and went to Northwestern University where she got her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Lilly lived in Chicago for 10 years and worked for Loyola University Medical Center. She completed a one year orthopedic residency program, and earned her Orthopedic Certified Specialization (OCS). Lilly then became a faculty member for the Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Program where she lectured, mentored, and led manual technique lab sessions. At Loyola, she was part of the sports team and has experience with runners of all ability levels. She has recently made Minnesota her new home and is enjoying exploring the area. Lilly enjoys running for exercise, being active, and speing time with her friends and family. As part of her specialty and orthopedic experience, she enjoys helping runners and athletes return to their sport, and guiding any person to reach their goals after injury.
