Liz Hermes

Liz Hermes, PT, DPT, ITPT, is a Physical Therapist who obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at College of St. Scholastica. She has a strong clinical interest in rehabbing athletes with all orthopedic pathologies as well as concussion/vestibular rehab.

Liz is a former collegiate hockey player and now coaches at the varsity level with background in performance training. She works with hockey athletes ranging from grade school to professional levels. Liz has a strong belief in utilizing evidence-based approach in rehabilitation and sports performance to achieve optimal patient outcomes, help each patient achieve their movement goals, and return to activities they enjoy.
