Miljana Sundic

Miljana Sundic has a diverse and extensive work experience. Miljana is currently working as the HR & People Operations Team Manager at TCP Software, where they oversee workforce management solutions and ensures the smooth integration of software and payroll providers. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2021, they worked at Humanity, initially as an HR & People Operations Manager and later as a Recruitment & People Development Team Lead and a Senior Recruitment & People Development Specialist. During their time at Humanity, Miljana contributed to optimizing staffing and improving employee scheduling through cloud-based solutions.

Before joining Humanity, Miljana worked at SBB Serbia BroadBand as a Recruitment Partner, where they were involved in cable television and broadband internet services. Additionally, they served as a Recruitment and Employee Support Coordinator at Hemofarm AD, the leading generic pharmaceutical company in Serbia and the region. Miljana also worked as a Junior HR Consultant at Assessment Systems Serbia and as a General Staffing Assistant (Internship) at Adecco Group.
