Rick Graves

Rick Graves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rick is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at TCP Software, starting in 2022. Before that, they worked at Skillsoft from 2017 to 2022, where they held various sales leadership roles, including VP Sales, Americas Customer Acquisition, Vice President of Sales-Technology & Developer Solutions, and Vice President of Sales-Global Compliance Solutions. Prior to Skillsoft, Rick worked at NYSE from 2012 to 2017 as the Area Vice-President of Sales, managing the Western U.S. sales organization. Rick also had a significant role at Explorance from 2007 to 2012 as the Sr. Vice-President of Sales, leading a global sales team. Rick's early career includes positions at Skillsoft, where they served as the Regional Vice President of Sales from 2004 to 2007 and as the Regional Account Executive-Knowledgenet from 2002 to 2004.

Rick Graves has a BS in Graphic Arts Management from Ball State University - Miller College of Business. Rick also holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana Wesleyan University. However, no specific start or end years for either degree have been provided.
