Zain Ulabdeen

Zain ulAbdeen's work experience starts in 2018 with an internship at Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited, where they learned about manufacturing processes and practiced CAD software. In 2019, they completed an internship at Pak Elektron Limited, where they worked on a research project implementing Lean Six Sigma. In 2020, they were a Career-prep Fellow at Amal Academy, where they developed business skills through a competitive fellowship program. In 2021, they worked as a Script Writer and Outreach coordinator at Sky Media Production, writing video scripts, managing content, and coordinating outreach. Zain also worked as a Customer Service Representative at ibex. Pakistan, handling customer inquiries and providing solutions. In 2022, they joined Motive as a Technical Support Specialist, supporting both enterprise and mid-market accounts and mentoring new team members. Currently, Zain is working as a Technical Support Specialist at TCP Software.

Zain ulAbdeen completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Punjab Group of Colleges in Lahore from 2014 to 2016, where they completed their Intermediate degree in FSc Pre-Engineering. Zain's education journey started at Iqra Public High School in Lahore, where they completed their Matriculation in Science from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Zain has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Teaching Techniques: Creating Multimedia Learning," "Working Remotely," "Collaborative Leadership," "Leaders: Make Your Teams More Agile, Creative, and United," and "Writing Articles (2013)."
