Mirza Asad Baig

Mirza Asad Baig brings extensive experience in operations governance and e-commerce solutions, currently serving as Head of Operations Governance and previously holding various senior managerial roles at TCS Private Limited since December 2016. Prior to this, Mirza worked at IBEX | Global as a Senior Operations Supervisor and Operations Supervisor from January 2014 to December 2016, and at TRG - The Resource Group as a customer service executive from November 2012 to December 2013. Early career experience includes a role as a call center agent at Reactive Consultant. Mirza holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Karachi University, a D.A.E in Mechanical Engineering from Saifi Institute of Technology, and completed matriculation in Science from APWA Excellent World School Sukkur.
