James Pierce

James Pierce has an extensive work experience in the field of IT services. James started their career as an IT Helpdesk Technician at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and later worked as a Helpdesk Technician at California Graduate Institute. James then joined The John Marshall Law School as a Help Desk Analyst. In 2011, they joined Centura Health as an Entity Support specialist.

In 2012, James joined TCS Education System as a Technical Support Analyst and was responsible for third-level support for multiple sites and employees. James also served as the IT Helpdesk Manager, where they successfully managed a team of technicians and improved efficiency through cross-functional training initiatives.

In 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of IT Services, and recently they are serving as a Senior Director of IT Services at TCS Education System.
