Ryan Ward

Ryan Ward has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan started their career as a Freshman Football Offensive Coordinator at Centennial High School in 2007. Ryan then worked as a Teller at Busey Bank from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they served as a Recruiting Intern at Carle Foundation Hospital. In 2012, they became a Human Resource Coordinator at Menards. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at TCS Education System, starting as a Human Resources Intern and transitioning into roles such as HR Specialist, Operations and Senior Human Resources Technology Analyst. In 2018, they joined Kognitiv Inc. as a Business Consultant, and eventually became a Senior Business Consultant. In 2020, they returned to TCS Education System as the Director of Human Resource Systems Operations.

Ryan Ward holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Robert Morris College, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources at Illinois State University from 2010 to 2012. Ryan's educational journey began with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Parkland Community College, which they earned from 2008 to 2010.
