Babak Musa-Zada

Babak Musa-Zada is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Service Desk Team Leader and Source to Pay Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services since August 2018, where responsibilities include auditing purchasing inquiries, controlling supplier contracts, and correcting system errors. Previously, Babak worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from December 2015 to July 2018 as a Subject Matter Expert and Knowledge Transition Analyst, emphasizing performance management and knowledge coordination. Babak holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Buckingham and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from the International Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Azerbaijan Tourism Institute.
