Felipe Pontes

Felipe Pontes is the Design Studio Tokyo Manager at Tata Consultancy Services Japan, where they leverage service design and design thinking to drive digital transformation for companies. With over 15 years of experience, including 10 years in Japan, Felipe has conducted seminars and lectures at notable institutions such as Waseda University and Aoyama Business School. They began their career in journalism, holding degrees from Faculdade Cásper Líbero and Keio University, and co-authored Brazil's first design thinking book. Throughout their diverse career, Felipe has managed teams and collaborated with international agencies to enhance user experiences and foster innovative solutions.
