Gaurav Pradhan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and organizational development. With initial experience as an HR Intern at NTPC, Gaurav progressed to a key role at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. As an HR Business Partner in various capacities, Gaurav has successfully implemented talent strategies, managed organizational change, and led initiatives that enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Gaurav's leadership as Deputy HR Head at TCS involved overseeing HR strategies for the Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality Americas business unit, resulting in significant improvements in employee satisfaction and team performance.
