Johann Dedler possesses extensive expertise in reinsurance, insurance, life-closed book management, and banking, with a focus on core insurance transformation, big data, and analytics. They currently serve as the Head of Business Development & Sales for Insurance in Central Europe at Tata Consultancy Services since 2016. Previously, Johann held various leadership positions at IBM, including Principal and Practice Area Leader for Core Banking. They began their career as a Director of IT and Organization at Kreissparkasse Anhalt-Bitterfeld from 1993 to 1996.
