Mounir Merhi

Mounir Merhi possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, holding significant leadership roles at prominent companies. As a Consulting Partner at Tata Consultancy Services, Mounir has spearheaded initiatives in OSS as Segment Head, while previously serving as VP of IT Architecture & Delivery at Tata Communications. Mounir's background includes roles as Director of OSS at Tyco Telecommunications, now TE SubCom, and Solutions Manager at IBM, along with an early position as Applications Engineer at DSET. Mounir holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo, completed between 1982 and 1987.
