PV Balaji is the Head of Workforce Planning & Strategy for the Communications & Media Business, where they drive workforce planning to align demand forecasting with supply visibility. Currently, PV leads initiatives to predict future workforce needs and develop strategic plans for a global workforce. With over 20 years of experience in program and business management, PV has held various key roles at TCS, including Workforce Planning & Talent Transformation Manager, and has overseen multiple Oracle projects. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
