Rasika Karunakaran has over a decade of experience in the business consulting field, primarily with Tata Consultancy Services since December 2011, where roles have included Business Consultant, Product Consultant, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Prior experience includes an internship at Viveks- The Unlimited Shop focused on market research and competitor analysis, as well as an internship at Pantaloons centered around market research and promotional strategies. Rasika holds a PGDRM in Retail Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, an MBA in Marketing & Systems from Thiagarajar School of Management, and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
