Sameer Rajadhyax has over two decades of experience in workforce management and resource management within Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where tenure began in 2005. Currently serving as the Head of Workforce Management for the India Business and Public Services sector, Sameer has also held roles such as Global Resource Management Head for the Life Sciences Cluster and Resources Management Head for India West. Prior to TCS, Sameer worked as a Project Leader from 1996 to 2000. Academic qualifications include a Master of Technology in Predictive Data Analytics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (2017) and a Bachelor in Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai (1995). Early education was completed at the Indian Education Society and Dr. Antonio Da'Silva Technical High School (1989).
