Shailesh Kareshiya

Shailesh Kareshiya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SmartPlant consulting and engineering software support. Currently serving as a SmartPlant Consultant at SmartPlant Consultant since December 2017, Shailesh has previously worked with L&T Technology Services Limited and NISA subsidiary of Neon Infotech South East Asia Co, Ltd, where roles included Engineering Data Warehouse Administrator and Sr. Application Engineer, respectively. With a strong background in project coordination, business development, and asset management services, Shailesh has been integral to the execution of the SmartPlant Enterprise project, supporting leading engineering and owner-operator companies. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Executive Engineer at ROLTA INDIA LTD, focusing on SmartPlant tool administration and client support. Shailesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from UDCT, NMU, Jalgaon, earned between 2002 and 2006.
