Sudipto Banerjee

Sudipto Banerjee, PMP®, is an Assistant Vice President and Head of BPS Transition for the Consumer Business Services Group at Tata Consultancy Services, where they currently manage transitions for an expanding domain. With over twenty-six years of experience, Sudipto has successfully transitioned more than 16 projects, involving over 50 processes and 2000+ FTEs. They played a key role in establishing operations across three centers in Kolkata and contributed to multiple process improvement initiatives. Previously, Sudipto held various positions in quality management and operations at IBM Daksh, demonstrating a strong track record in service delivery and project management.
