Currently serving as the Business Unit Head for Cybersecurity & Digital at TCT, formerly Telephony, since April 2023, Rushdian has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic planning in previous roles, including Head of Corporate Sales at eGeneration and Director of Sales and Business Development at CLOUDY CAMP. With a strong foundation in software quality assurance and engineering from previous positions, including Senior SQA Engineer at Flora Telecom Limited and Software Engineer at Genesis Systems Ltd., Rushdian's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Computer Science from the American International University-Bangladesh.
