Alex Lennon-Smith

Mr. Lennon-Smith is responsible for TCW’s activities in growing and maintaining the UK Institutional business channel. In this role, he engages with key partners, focusing on consultants, pensions, and insurance clients. Mr. Lennon-Smith has 20 years of experience in finance, across trading, sales, and business development. Prior to joining TCW, he spent eight years building and developing the UK footprint for Credit Suisse Asset Management, building relationships with consultants, pensions, insurers, and global financial institutions. He spent six years as a management consultant for ACF & Co, where he supported the management of a portfolio of distressed companies through the turnaround phase. He also was a junior portfolio manager, trading volatility in listed derivatives. Mr. Lennon-Smith completed an MSc in Finance at London Business School and is a CFA charterholder.
