Jesse Nicol

Jesse Nicol has a robust background in workforce management and analysis, currently serving as a Workforce Manager in the National Command Center and Offline Support Center at TD since June 2019. Prior experience at Rogers Communications spanned from March 2009 to June 2019, where roles included Senior Workforce Analyst, Workforce Analyst, Real Time Adjuster, and Customer Service Representative.
