Katelyn Elie

Katelyn Elie possesses extensive experience in health and wellbeing management, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At TDTD from January 2017 to May 2018, Katelyn served as VP, Senior Manager and VP, Manager of Health and Wellbeing. Prior to that, a tenure at Iron Mountain included the position of Manager of Benefits and Wellness from November 2013 to January 2017. Earlier career positions included HR Business Partner and Senior Benefits Analyst at Health Dialog, Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Bostonian Group, and Consultant at Cambridge Advisory Group. Katelyn's educational background includes a degree in Economics, Public Policy, and health care from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, as well as a Certificate in Advanced Study of Management from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
