Kenneth Barbalace is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in fraud analytics and database development. Currently serving as VP and Manager of IT Support for Fraud TS L4 Respond at TD since November 2012, Kenneth leads efforts in transitioning legacy applications to enterprise solutions while managing fraud-related analytics for the North American market. Since 1997, Kenneth has also operated J.K. Barbalace, delivering customized database solutions for clients utilizing various technologies. Previous roles include Volunteer AMO Editor at the Mozilla Foundation and Webmaster at Woodard & Curran, alongside foundational experience as a Safety Specialist at Alaska West Express, Inc. Kenneth holds an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science/Hazardous Materials Control from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
