Nancy Kramer

Nancy Kramer, MBA, has extensive experience in change management, currently serving as Senior Manager for the Change, Communications and Colleague Experience team at TD since November 2007. Previously, Nancy held roles such as Senior Manager, Change Specialist, where leadership was provided for a significant Risk and Control program, and Manager of Change Management within the TD Insurance Business Transformation Office. Earlier positions included Relationship Manager overseeing change management strategies and a specialized focus in Human Resources management. Nancy’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Windsor.
