Nate Lacoss

Nate LaCoss serves as the SVP, Head of Consumer Direct and Fair Lending Strategy at TD, starting in January 2024, where responsibilities include shaping the vision and strategy for acquiring and retaining mortgage and home equity customers across various channels. Previously, Nate held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Wells Fargo and served as Vice President of National Field Sales at American Advisors Group, managing operations for business development and sales. With a background as AVP of Real Estate Originations Executive at USAA, Nate provided strategic leadership for mortgage loan originations and managed large teams within call centers. Additional experience includes roles as National Sales Manager at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage and Site Leader at PrimeLending, focusing on sales forecasting and operational management, as well as a significant tenure at Bank of America, beginning as a Loan Officer and advancing to VP, Site Manager, where contributions led to top performance in sales metrics.
