Rashmi Vohra

Rashmi Vohra currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Colleague Capabilities, Customer & Employee Experience at TD, beginning in January 2024 and overseeing key areas such as colleague learning and development, customer experience, and colleague events. With extensive experience at TD, Rashmi previously held roles as Associate Vice President in Talent Organizational Development and Learning & Development. Prior to TD, Rashmi led various positions at Rogers Communications Inc., culminating in the role of Director of Sales and Service Training Delivery, with significant responsibilities in training and service delivery for a large workforce. Rashmi's career exhibits a strong focus on performance improvement, training standardization, and colleague onboarding. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from York University and has served as a board member for Pink Attitude Evolution since July 2020.
