Simrat Randhawa

Simrat Randhawa is an experienced professional in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as the Organization Effectiveness Governance Manager at TD since August 2022. Prior to this role, Simrat held various positions at Scotiabank from January 2017 to August 2022, including Senior Manager of Job Evaluation, where leadership was demonstrated by overseeing a team dedicated to the Global Job Evaluation Delivery portfolio, and Manager of Job Evaluation, focusing on the Executive Job Evaluation portfolio.
