Valerie Mines

Valerie Mines is a Senior Manager at TD Bank, leading the Colleague Experience team within North American Customer Operations since May 2010, focused on enhancing the work experience in Contact Centers across Canada and the U.S. Previously, Valerie served as the Senior Manager for Employee Engagement, developing strategies for communication and recognition, and as a Manager for Event Planning & Sponsorships, overseeing Wealth events and managing sponsorship budgets. Prior to joining TD, Valerie operated as an independent consultant at PVM Event Planning & Corporate Communications and held roles at TD Waterhouse, including Financial Planner and Manager of Women In The Know. Valerie holds a BA in Economics from King's University College, earned in 1987.
