TD GUM PAO, formerly TD GUM OAO (Torgovyi Dom GUM OAO or GUM Trading House JSC or G.U.M) is a Russia-based shop center. The Company is engaged in the retail sale of commodities, as well as the sublease of sales areas. The company owns 80,000 square metres of properties, where it offers a range of goods, from brand designers clothes, jewelry, sport products, and souvenirs to everyday household goods. Other facilities include a pharmacy, a bank, opticians, florists and cafes. It operates in the historic part of Moscow near to the Red Square. Torgovyi Dom GUM OAO has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Reol-Farm ZAO and Universal’naya kompaniya OOO. On August 7, 2014, Gruppa kompaniy MMD Vostok i Zapad ZAO (MMD Vostok i Zapad) increased its stake in the Company to 66.4% from 27.6%.
