David van Staalduinen

David van Staalduinen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insurance law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Senior Manager at TD Insurance since January 2013, David manages an inter-provincial team of insurance defence lawyers and oversees GI claims recoveries and life and health shared services operations. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate Lawyer specializing in civil litigation and insurance law at Zarek Taylor Grossman Hanrahan, and an articling position at Siskinds, LLP. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.
