Richard's expertise includes managing accounts for various companies in the Calgary region, particularly in condominium insurance losses, and developing programs for property management in response to rising deductibles. Richard began a career in insurance at Aviva, working as a Property Adjuster from 1997 to 2007, focusing on residential, farm, and commercial losses. Richard holds a degree in Insurance Administration from MacEwan University and is a HAAG certified inspector.
